The redesigned Tiny Farm Gymini Kick & Play introduces babies to brand new friendly characters in the Tiny Pioneers family, created to inspire exploration and discovery in a child’s growing mind. The Gymini features an engaging DUAL-SIDED ELECTRONIC RESPONSE PAD that triggers feedback through lights and music in 2 modes.
0+ months: Body Awareness
From the very first days, the Kick & Play's responsive pad or kicker will offer your baby auditory, visual and tactile stimulation. Place the kicker on your baby’s responsive pad and let your little one kick it while lying on his or her backside. With time, your baby will learn to understand how the kicker responds to touch with lights and music.
0-2+ months: BONDING & COMMUNICATION
Move the adjustable arches into a comfortable position and enjoy quality time with your baby, playing together and connecting while encouraging development. Showcase the kicker or share other toys, talk about the Tiny Pioneers characters using simple sentences ("Here's Marie the Hedgehog!") or simply enjoy some precious eye-to-eye contact with your little one.
2-4+ months: PRACTICING TUMMY TIME
It's never too early to start practicing tummy time. Use the play mat's eighteen different activities to encourage tummy time as he or she grows. Use play to distract your baby from the effort it takes to stay in this position. For example, place them in front of the responsive pad on their tummy, and let them explore its electronic responses.
3-5+ months: PROMOTING FINE MOTOR SKILLS
Introducing baby’s hands and feet to different textures helps to develop fine motor skills. The Gymini®’s kicker, animal toys, teethers, and other play elements enrich your baby’s tactile experience.
4-6+ months: COGNITION - UNDERSTANDING CAUSE & EFFECT
The Gymini®’s responsive pad offers babies an excellent opportunity to further their understanding of cause and effect. Tapping the pad and attempting to prompt lighting or musical feedback supports this cognitive understanding. This gradually helps babies to realize that they have control and can actually make things happen.
